Help GP Advice

HELP! My gp finally got the letter from my consultant so they have started me on the verapamil 80mg 3 times a day. Consultant had said oxygen therapy and the sumatriptan injections. She won't give me more Injections till I've run out completely and I'm not to use on a daily basis so essentially I've got not pain relief. I can only get 2 injections at a time. When it comes to the oxygen she says they don't prescribe it. So I've no idea how I'm to go about getting that. She wants me to go back in a month see how I've got on with the verapamil and few injections before I even get oxygen. I was so hopeful going in and now just feel crap again. Any advice on next step?

I advise you to ring the helpline and they'll be able to go through it all with you. There is a printout you could download about getting oxygen. Go into Menu/support/downloads but if you speak to one of our advisers they will tell you what steps to take.

Good luck!
