I have been trying to make contact with the helpline for the last 2 weeks but have been unsuccessful on a number of occassions ( I got a message to leave a number and my call would be returned). Would anyone know if its the fact that I'm based in Ireland and the calls are international that I have not heard back?

Hi Horseleap,I am sorry your call has not been returned.I myself check the helpline most days and I don't recall any messages with an Ireland contact number,but I will check with the other helpliners.It is possible that maybe you were not at home when we tried to call you back.
You can either send me a private message on here with your number (the box under my name) or call the helpline again and I will call you myself.
