LAUREN SCOTT - Multi events + SCOTTISH HALF MARATHON 2024

In Lauren's own words:
 

" I ran the Womens 10k in Glasgow on Sunday and started fundraising off the back of that for the rest of the summer. 

I am undertaking a few events over the course of the year - Paisley 10k in August, and 2 doubles multi-functional fitness competitions in July and October, capping  the year off with the Scottish Half marathon.

I have decided to raise funds for OUCH UK  because a family member, who is an episodic sufferer, was in contact  with OUCH about 10 years ago and was offered more advice in one phone call than from years of medical appointments. I remember the relief they had from speaking to someone and receiving actionable advice/information to take to the GP.  OUCH UK is literally a life line.

Hopefully, over the course of the summer I can raise some money for the charity as well as spreading the word."
