Lidocaine / Lignocaine nasal
Hi everyone,
Has anyone tried lidocaine 4% intranasal for relief during an attack? I've been reading that it's shown some effect, just thinking of what else I could use to avoid triptans. Zomig intranasal works quite well for me but does leave me feeling tired for hours afterwards so I'm pondering alternatives for when O2 isn't available.
