I'd encourage all to complete the questionnaire rather than just those who are unable to work (From the questions asked, it seems they're exploring how CH affects lives rather than hoping to prove that people can't work.  Seeking out only people who are prevented from working would skew the results, surely?)

I'd absolutely support anyone who is prevented from working to get all the support they can (appropriate benefits and so on) - clearly, the condition makes it impossible for some to work ... but I'd also hate Cluster Headache to become known as an illness that always prevents work (I can work most days, albeit at sometimes at a lesser rate than usual, and this is really important to me and my well-being).
