I have just been told by Dr. Weatherby in Plymouth that he can no longer prescribe Lithium due to new guidlines. Does anyone know anything about this situation? As recently as the conference in June Lithium was described as a 2nd line preventative by Dr Silver. It is also on this website as an option.

We don't know of any major changes concerning lithium.
The team are looking into it.
