CHRISTMAS TREE FESTIVAL FUNDRAISER
CHRISTMAS TREE FESTIVAL FUNDRAISER
This young CH sufferer has set up his own personal campaign. His mission is to raise awareness of the condition as well as raise funds for the charity. In his own words:
"My name is Frederick and I am a 14 year old Cluster Headache sufferer. My Explorer Scout Group is joining my local Church of Scotland and a Community centre, called The Atholl Centre, to organise a Christmas Tree Festival on 26 & 27 November 2022. Each year the proceeds from the Festival are donated to one UK and one international charity. This year I have asked that OUCH UK be the UK charity. I was diagnosed with CH when I was 11 years old. My parents and myself have felt very supported by the OUCH UK community and have used a lot of the recommendations for treatment that have worked very well for me, so I would like to show my appreciation by raising money for OUCH UK so we can continue to help other children and young people like me in the future."

Some beautiful photos of this weekend's Christmas tree festival in Pitlochry

Well done to everyone involved with the Pitlochry Christmas Tree Festival - over £1000 was raised for OUCH! What a great event.
Massive thanks to Frederick and his family for this and to all who were involved with organising the event. Every penny raised is so helpful for the running of the charity and we are extremely grateful.
Well done Frederick and family! Thank you for proposing Ouch as this years UK Charity. Be assured that the money will be wisely spent. Must admit,it's the first time I've ever seen a rocket -- on a Xmas tree. --
