Maybe it would be helpful if you had a chat with your Cardiologist and asked him to speak to your Neurologist to work out the best options for both conditions. There are also other medications to prevent CH so if the two consultants cannot speak, you need to inform your Neurologist about the change of Medication, so he can find another treatment for you.
