Wondering if anyone on the forum has read Pat McDonald's mini-book about his own experience of life with clusterheadaches and tried out his own successful supplement regime?
(Melatonin, Magnesium, CoQ10 and Multi Vit/Minerals)

not read the book but spent a year pigging out on sharon fruit [very high] in Magnesium but no help at all, noticed some help with prescribed melatonin.
I just tried to get that book but can't. Do you have a copy pat? I'd be very interested in reading it.

I am having some improvement with the 'regime' outlined in this book.
I bought it for my Kindle from Amazon otherwise I would happily post it to you. Was very cheap and certainly worth a read.
