When it all gets too much.....
In the light of recent events, and with an understanding of how CH affects us and other headaches in the TAC (Trigeminal Autonomic Cephalalgias) group, especially how low it can make us, we feel the following mantra would be of use:
Tell someone - how you feel, this could be someone in your family you trust or Samaritans.
Ask for help - speak to your GP.
