Many People who come here, come here because they have just found out they have, or a loved one has cluster headaches. This Forum and the information therein is intended for you to guide yourself and others with regards to treatments and choices. We are an Expert Patient Group. 

Don't let the Expert Label put you off tho, we are all here for the same reasons, to help each other and hopefully one day through the collaboration and the work of OUCH and the Neurologists and Researchers we will find a cure.

Don't be scared to ask questions, if the question is new to you, then it is important.

Don't be frightened to vent your frustrations about your condition, sometimes writing down your thoughts and feelings when it comes to your Pain helps tremendously, you will get a supporting arm from others who 'understand' we have all been in the darkest of places with this condition.
