Raw coconut oil
Does anyone use raw cold pressed coconut oil for health issues?
There seems to be a lot recently on it helping various neuro and nerve problems.
I have been taking it for a week now with no improvement, but some friends have found it helping fibromalgia and reducing arthritus swelling.
been told it takes 2-4 weeks to show improvement.
I have been using the Biona brand which most seem to use.
