Occupational health advice please

Hi,

I've just started a new job 2 months ago, and this has come at a really bad time to have a cycle of this!! They are getting oc health involved and I never know what to say, to be honest the company I work for are being great and just want to me to let them know what they can do to help.. I work in a call centre so I do spend time on computers but that isn't a problem when I'm not having a episode... My meeting with them I think will be next week as I'm signed off again this week, has anyone got any advice for me as I've never had one of these meetings before and just want to get the best measures in place for the future.
