I am sure i have seen a post in the past where a cluster affects the neck / shoulder area.
well tonight got a left side cluster and a sickening ache down left neck and across left shoulder area as well, imigran taken most of headache away but not the neck and shoulder not sure if cluster related or just its same time and same side.

the pain is similar to when to bash your funny bone but a lot more intense, not a sharp pain sems to be in the vagus nerve area, still got it with this mornings cluster, but not in the shoulder.
