Anyone know of any natural ways of reducing CH-associated nausea? Currently have cyclizine from GP but not keen on taking meds so frequently for something that I might be able to reduce myself.

The last few weeks I have been getting a sick feeling with shadows and cluster, though only been sick once, with the sickness been getting a dreadful gagging that comes and goes, was unsure if it was related to headaches or possibly my mild asthma. Was going to mention it when i next see a dr. Seeing you post now wonder if it is related to clusters.
[as a schoolboy had occasional migraine and once i had been sick twice the migraine would lift]

I get sick with clusters and take Domperidone for it but if you're not keen on treating it with meds, camomile tea or ginger is good for it. I'm sure others will have some suggestions...
