several of us have had ice pick pains in the head, but got them last night and today in my ankle anyone had these other than the head.
pain killers not working nor is some skin pain cream the gp gave me.

Ive had them in my ankle, but only because I have 2 plates and 13 screws. I don't attribute them to my head.
I do suffer from Ice Picks during my cycle times regardless as to if im in cluster cycle or not. So Im more episodic ice pick than Clusters.
