Had my Assessment t at Peterbrough

i had my assesment at Peterbrough with  CAPITAL.

my wife drove me there . and we parked were they told us to park. i told them the truth. i get 3-4 headaches a night and i live on 2 - 3 hour sleep a nigth ., so i got the pain a night aswell been so tired and then going to work late everyday , cant remembering things , and i cant drive the lorrys,cranes and things like that because the HSE on my back  at the work place and at home my miss got to remind me to do things aswell. and i am struggling to write things aswell you get the drift

we were followed from the centre as well and when we left we were asked if we wanted to claim for the jounrey aswell .

just got my pip back what they put in my assement  was crap . told them i get ch 3/4 times  a night . he put i said iget them 1 a week .t has made me so angry.they whole thing is crap . just dont know what to do

maybe ask a friend to video cam next exam, its a worry that a dr could get  facts wrong I thought they were trained ti listen careful and note facts.

hi warren this is sadly a common story, firstly dont worry you need to appeal, most are won in the tribunal, the main pip criteria i think is wether it affects you 50% of the time, you will need docs letter explaining what you have meds and how if affects you dayley, any nuro letters to back the docs, not easy when your brain tazerd, do you have any one to help you sort this? wot you mustnt do is get down, your not alone and a good few of us have bin in the same boat and sinking fast, but we faught back with help and won!! ch is a disability and you have rights and entilements! speak to jason cark about work thay should be helping there with lateness because of ch, flexy time? any questions just ask, all the best d

Hi Warren Jason is fairly well verst on the in's and out's especiallly at work, he saw me go through 4 years of crap so he will now what you are talking about, he is also my  son and I have had CCH FOR ABOUT 15YRS AND TRIED EVERTHING, A LETTER HELPS A LOT FROM YOUR GP OR NEURO, ALL THE BEST
