I have recently been diagnosed with CLuster Headache after years of misdiagnosis of migraine. I am currently at the end of a bout which has lasted around 3 weeks but feel very run down and have had some dizzy spells. I'm not sure if this is connected to cluster headache or if I have picked up a virus. I would be grateful to hear if anyone else has experienced this. Many thanks.

Hello. With the usual disclaimers of not a GP etc, feeling run down seems perfectly reasonable (and I'm guessing this might be accentuated by life at the moment) - my episodes have tended to last around 6-12 weeks, I think. Getting dizziness checked out seems a good plan, though?
