Hey, curious if anyone has specific foods they like to eat after attacks? Anyone with a sweet tooth once the pain subsides? Any bizarre cravings?
I usually like to eat salted crisps, or some delicious (vegan) millionaire slices :)

Mine is normally jam on gluten free toast, or if I have any dairy free rice pudding in the freezer I will have that with a dollop of jam.
