Bath time

Bit of a random one this, but it occurred to me at the weekend, that I have had CHs at almost anytime of day, in any environment, whilst in any kind of emotional state wether happy, sad, relaxed or hyper...... BUT I have never had an attack while I'm in the bath... Even on days when I've been plagued by recurring CHs.

cant spend me life in a bath.... But  it was an intriguing observation I thought.

are there places, times etc that others are almost guaranteed pain freeness?

A hot shower for me is one of the best distractions from the pain during a milder attack - but it is just distraction and usually the pain comes back once the water stops flowing. It's time well spent though if used to wait for something else to kick in.
