So I'm back again after a 2 year break. I'm episodic (18yrs+). Now 4 months into a bout which is way longer than usual. Anyway, I'm out of touch with current treatments. BOC advise me that I can now have a demand valve but need to submit a new HOOF. Does anyone have any specifics on what the hoof needs to start to make sure I get the valve with no problems?
