dolby dragging their heals on demand valves

Hi all, i first contacted dolby about demand valves on the 26/08/2016 and was informed that they were evaluating whether it would be a worthwhile addition to their contract.I was told that they hoped to have some results of this evaluation by about april this year, i contacted them again on 17/12/2017 thinking they must have finished the evaluation by now as it was supposed to be completed 8 months ago.I have today recieved an email stating that it has taken longer than they thought and they hope to have the results by feb-march next year which is nearly a year later than they proposed to be finished!

We urged members to write to their MPs and Department of Health to request that when the oxygen contracts come up for renewal [which is currently happening] that the tender documents include provision of demand valve as standard.   At present they are what is known as 'optional' in other words they don't have to supply them.  If you would like to join in the campain, there is a standard letter here: https://ouchuk.org/news/demand-valve-oxygen-we-need-your-help    All the details of the campaign are there and links to relevant documents and the template letter.

As soon as we know the outcome of the current round of tenders we will let everyone know!

Ooops, I can see that now.  I'll try and get it changed.
