Email unanswered
Since I joined ouch, I have not been a active member , due to work and travel out of uk, my beast is fairly controlled via meds but have side effect issues, I have on several occasions sent emails asking for help advice for employment issues, thanks to helpline I sent mail to rights@ ouch, does my issues seem trivial or ??? With getting no reply ???, apologies if this seems to be a disgruntled comment but there it is....!!.

Hi Simon,
i have had had no emails answered at all. The phone number on the main page does not even ring. £13 well spent! As if CCH is not a bad enough curse to bare, the well recommended 'Ouch' has been no help so far at all.
hi jeff, im also cch, and had a few probs getting a reply, we must realise that the staff like us are chers as well some cronick, so please take into account you know what its like, some times its quicker to put up a post with your question unless its personal, so other members like myself can help, ive had cch 8years and glad to help in any way i can, d
Hi Fox, with regard to the phone service, as it says it is a 24 hour answering service. The phone does not ring when you call, that is true, but there is an immediate announcement explaining that messages can be left at any time and calls made before 2.00 pm will be answered that day between 10.00 am and 2.00 pm and that calls are returned from a withheld number. Listen to the message, leave your name and number and you'll get a call back. If you have left a name and number and your call has not been returned, can you let us know what day/date it was and we'll investigate.
As Chloe has said she is taking a look at the issue Simon has with rights@ouchuk.org.
Val.
Forum users,
to confirm, an email was sent to Simon from rights@ouchuk.org on the 29th. it can be a busy email and it is staffed by a volunteer. the information received is tailored to each individual so isn't always instant advice.
we also recommend users use the services of the brain charity in Liverpool.
