Teeth Clenching and Possibly Grinding
Anyone got any tips:
I think I have been grinding my teeth when I'm sleeping and currently clenching my teeth during the day and im becoming more convinced thats causing the shadows im currently experiencing as in theory my cycle should be dying out around now.
The teeth clenching and grinding seem to be recent. only noticed it in the last couple of days and is brand new, never done this is previous cycles ever.

a mouth guard at night could help when you are sleeping!! your dentist can sort that for you

I have an extremely good dentist who also lectures at a Dental College. He takes a real interest in CH.
When faced with a similar problem he found that one side of a particular tooth had been worn down, and in this particular case he concluded that grinding a fraction down on the other side would help the situation. He was right and the problem went away. As Sandra said, another option he suggested was a mouth guard at night.
Sounds like a trip to a good dentist may be the order of the day
Best of luck
Sean

You could stop talking to mini Mac - that should prevent mucho teeth grinding.

Mr Allen,
unfortunately with Mini Mac it doesn't work like that, the Last Words Mr Mac is on record as saying were 'I do' more than 1 or 2 years ago and she still talks to him.
I would say he at least gets some respite when Mini Mac falls asleep but we have both been in a car when Mini Mac is 'at rest'
I would like to say thank you to everone, this I think will be my last post as Mini Mac will undoubtably now murder me.
Sean,
I actually have a dentists appointment coming up I will have a chat with him.
