Can anybody help with regarding Imigran nasal spray. I was prescribed 10mg sprays, which were quite effective. My next prescription came through with 20mg spray. Does anyone know if it would be dangerous to use the 20mg spray?

Have you tried the injections? I find these much more fast working and less invasive. Regarding the dosage of nasal spray, best thing is ask your GP or better still your neurologist.

Hi.
It's not dangerous at 20mg. Read the information leaflet. If 10mg worked for you it's always best to use as little as possible. But if you were prescribed a stronger dose because 10mg didn't work, and you find the 20 doesn't work either then ask for the injections as they are much more effective more quickly
