PIP Tribunal refused

Hi everyone my name is Michael I am a new member to ouchuk.
I have been diagnosed with chronic cluster headaches in the past year by my neurologist and am suffering regularly every single day so I decided I would apply for pip as I needed the help.

I had sent dwp as much information as I could I gave evidence as follows : neurology diagnosis letter including evidence that my entire left side of body was weaker I also submitted evidence on how anxious these attacks make me when I am outdoors in the form of phycology letter and a prescription of a very strong anxiety medication and on going therapy letters, they had also received copies from my GP of medication and treatments I am receiving in the form of at home oxygen and verapamil unfortunately I cannot have sumatriptan as I take a severe reaction to it . I was asked on the telephone assessment if i had a drivers licence I replied yes however I do not drive and do not own a car.

So as I'm sure you have guessed dwp refused my pip I was awarded in total 2 points for the entire pip assessment as you could imagine I was not happy so I waited for the letter to see why dwp thought I was fine even though I am suffering everyday. According to dwp I was suffering but not for the majority of the time and the fact I had a licence confirmed I had sufficient cognitive ability also because I knew so much information about my condition this supported that too.

I asked for a reconsideration sent dwp every piece of evidence again and emails I had received proving that cch is not a noticeable dvla condition there for that couldn't be used as proof my cognitive ability was fine.
I also challenged the dwp about their definition of the majority of the time as i can suffer up to 5/6 attacks every single day which to me is more than 50% of the time.

Dwp refused again and it had sent to tribunal.

I submitted all evidence to the tribunal mentioned about dwp's definition of the majority of the time submitted evidence that cch is not a dvla noticeable condition.

Tribunal gave me a paper hearing yesterday

It has been refused

I'm now even more depressed and at my wits end I've been waiting for this since January it's been 11 months just to be refused again.

What are my next steps ? Do I fight and take this further or do I restart my pip claim again ?
How much more evidence do dwp need ?
