Hi, I have been advised by my neurologist to try melotonin tohelp with sleep. But she has informed me that I will need to source and fund it myself....which is fine, but I just dont know where to get it from as I am worried about buying it from internet and it not being genuine. Has anyone got any links or advice they could share with me please. Thanks in advance.

The only thing I can suggest is to google melatonin, note the websites that offer it and may be check with your local pharmacist that they are 'okay' to deal with. I do understand your reluctance to pick at random from online sellers of melatonin, but I've never used it and so I have no experience of ordering it. Good luck and I hope you get sorted out.
