PermalinkI have SUNCT, probably CH,
I have SUNCT, probably CH, and cholinergic urticaria and cold urticaria . They don't know what causes the urticaria or how to treat it but when I was seeing a dermatologist they said it was likely something in the hypothalamus. She described the cold urticaria as an allergy to cold, and the cholinergic urticaria is brought on by physical activity. And the headaches come on with exercise too.
Ive had the urticaria since I was 16 and learned to deal with it, but now with the sunct and stuff, if I have to go out to walk the dog when it is cold, it can be very hard
