It's in your settings Darren.
Go to [My account]
Choose the [Edit] tab
In [Locale Settings] near the bottom, it says
Time Zone
[Wednesday, June 23, 15:42 +0000]
or something similar. You'll want to select the one with "+0100" at the end
I think the 17th one down, then press [Save] at the very bottom.
Or just leave it how it is. ;)
