New member,

Hi everyone, it's taken 3 years to get referred to a neuro, saw everyone else, dentists, gps, etc, finally got diagnosis of ECH late last year. Prescribed nasal spray, injections and oxygen, which do help but leave me exhausted. Have taken early retirement due to this disability. I have been encouraged and helped by the information and advice given on the Ouch website, which speeded up my receipt of oxygen, (initial problems with who authorises the prescription, neuro or GP, but handing the request form from the website, to my GP gained a quick result) I am also going to apply for PIP. Which until reading the website I was unaware of. I am grateful to all those involved or post to the website for your time and effort.

all the best Riley

Welcome Riley,

Glad we have been of help.  Don't forget we have a helpline too, all the staff are volunteers and all suffer from CH or are supporters of a sufferer.

Val. :)
