I have a kindle and it has no more impact than reading a book. Advantage is that you can make the writing bigger when trying to distract yourself after an attack.
Sit back, relax and listen to your favourite books read by excellent actors/actresses who bring it all to life - without a single bright light or eyestrain :)
I have it on my phone and ipad as well as computer!
I've only just joined the website and going through all the posts came across this, and it's brilliant! I've just got audible, and it's great. I find it difficult to concentrate on the words in a book or on a computer, so listening to the story is so much better. Thanks
Audible is fantastic! And there is a wide variety of books on there...I'm a student and have found books related to my course which has been a bit of a God send for me.
