Well, Val, it would appear that you are unwilling to answer my question so, let me answer yours by explaining why I wanted the information.

I was considering donating some money to OUCH UK but, your response to my question has changed my mind.

Sorry I have not been on the forum for a few days, I've been holed up at home writing final essays for my degree, so I have only just seen your replies.  Its no secret how many members we have who are sufferers, its just that I was curious to know why you needed to know, I'm just bloody nosey and that's why I said without being rude! 

I'm not sure of the exact number of sufferers in the membership [some are supporters and family] but we have a membership of somewhere around 2,500 and its growing all the time.

hi phimo, ive read some of your posts and it sounds like you have gone through the ch mill with the nhs system at last you got there i hope, ive only had the injections 3weeks and get 6 at a time 3days so twice a week to docs and chemist, so still in that mill. you sound like a good person thats trying to give back to a good cause thats close to your heart, unfortionutly ouch is run by ch suffers and val is cronic, watch the video on the site you see val, im cronic as well and can have months of no break at all with meds, trying to think strate impossable alot of the time let alone run a charity. after being fobbed of by docs for 5years i get very short whit pepol some times wrongly. if you reply to me please be patent while i reply i do mean well, i think im trying to ask you to to be patent with ouch as well, where ever you give a donation to is an honerable act on your behalf considering what you bin through, if you can find a charity that deals with this level of pain and suffering thats close to your heart im sure thay will be very greatfull, all the verry best dh

hi again, memory skatty,  i for got to say my motor bike club 3bs hampshire is having a fund raiser for ouch,sat 25th april from noon,  bucklebury bike bash, the cottage inn, 26, broadlane upper bucklebury, nr reading berkshire. if you or any ouch or ch suffer will be made very welcome, raffle, silly games, music and camping, ch,ers free others £5 i would like to meet others, dh   

Darren that's good to hear!  Put a post on the OUCH Facebook page and you should get a good turn out!

hi val, hope your as good as can be, thank you for the support, i dont have facebook or know how to do it yet, my club and meny hundreds of bike clubs raise money for charitys all year every year, and wer glad to do so, even better when its apprechetd, ive asked harriet and her husband pete and ritchard, to recive the check on your be half, i hope this isnt wrong, it just there local and i trust harriet totaly, could ouch provide 3 t shirts for them for the photo ect, i will pay for them. if you speek to harriet she can explain better, thanks again dh
