Pain Clinic

I have been referred to Pain Clinic in Cambridge as I have been very up and down recently. I have memories of me screaming and puffing on Gas and Air and the Pain team coming to try to talk to me but I seemed to be off their scale. BUT we will try again and I am ready for meditation and thoughts of a warm flannel on the back of my neck (Advice from 111 at 4am). Other ideas are to think of a field.....meditate on a calm seascape. 

The next appointment is October So I will just have to manage until then. 

God bless the GP who came out at 4am(See above) with oramorph as I had lrft my bottle in ward when I left last week. What a nice man!
