Hi all,
I been off work since January with CH. Just had a look at the have ESA form, which seam to be a headache complete it.
Anyone got any ideas to put down?

Hi there,
My husband (CCH 6 years) has fairly recently been put into the ESA support group. We did a lot of background research before filling the form out. I am happy to share our approach and experience with you if you feel that might help. Also, the OUCH helpline advised us to include a letter for my husbands Consultant. He wrote a very good letter telling it like it is and we think that made a difference.
