Struggling

At moment am very bad meant to be doing an oxygen review was ok till my muscular fascitus has so much got worse,that haven't been able to turn on oxygen or use injections.Worse was the fact I had the refill which meant twisting which can't do or hold the pen,managed to get refilled pens but struggling with oxygen.As there are no gadgets that my OT or the oxygen nurse know of that can help so having to deal with the headaches,with out oxygen or injections of sumatrapam its getting hard.So hard knowing that oxygen & that injection of my sumatrapam is right next to me,but am unable to to turn on the oxygen also when fascitus is bad I can't pick up or hold the pen.So the past month has been pure hell had few times when have hit head off brick wall & next morning seeing results made me feel bad,but at the time I was in so much pain I didn't care.But at the moment there is nothing I can do for my hands except physio & lots of ice spray & cream told will just go away,but no idea when it will hope soon or find a way to turn on oxygen & use the injection pen.
