Helen Tagaras and her team are set to run in the Chester Half Marathon - the first of two half marathons they plan to do this year. Helen's brother in law is a chronic sufferer and Hannah's husband is episodic. Joe and Kat decided they wanted to join in and help to raise funds.

Not long to go now for Helen and her team, Hannah, Joe and Kat.
Any funds raised will be helping us with the running of our invaluable helpline, keeping our website up to date and organising conferences to provide our members with the opportunity to meet their fellow sufferers, hear top neurologists speaking about the latest trials/treatments available for CH and attend various workshops - so every penny raised will be put to good use.

Helen and her team, Hannah, Joe and Kat, will be getting set for their Chester Half Marathon run next Sunday to raise funds for OUCH. This will be the first of two half marathons they plan to do this year and I take my hat off to them..
