    MELATONIN

    How much melatonin can you have a night, can anyone give me a correct answer because some forums I have looked at think I should be dead. (15mg) a night on and of for the last 5yrs along with 70mg of DIAZAPANE ? To much?

    My prescribed dose is 15mg an hour before bedtime
