LOOK NORTH CH item

Facebook contributor, George Ryley, was interviewed by Look North, [East Yorks & Lincs] on the evening and late night news.  Dr Fayyaz Ahmed at Hull Royal Infirmary talked about CH and the CGRP trial that is currently going on at Kings, Hull RI, and Walton Neurological Centre to name but three.  It is being hailed as a break through in cluster headache treatment, but early days yet. 

Then in the late evening segment, Professor Goadsby, our patron, gave his view of CH and the treatment trial and in relation to the extreme pain, he mentioned a patient, 'a former chairman' of OUCH, who was dying of lung cancer and still said he feared a cluster headache attack more than he did death.
