ECH and Latanoprost

I have been diagnosed with glaucoma in my right eye which is the one affected when I get a cluster attack.

After using the Latanoprost (Xalatan) eyedrops the Spring cluster attack was milder and did not last as long.

My expected Autumn attack has not happened yet and I am as regular as clockwork.

I wonder is there is anything in the pressure reducing effect of the eyedrops which is helping reduce the ECH attacks?

the eye drops to reduce eye pressure in some people makes them very sleepy, could this effect be calming the clusters down.

i have early signs of G [cupping] but not on meds/ or drops for it yet

I have always wondered if the pressure in the eyeball is raised during a cluster attack (guess it could be tricky to measure!)

If it is then it could make sense that treatment to lower imtraocular pressure could result in a reduction in the intensity of attacks.

No I get the squeezing feeling in an eyeball related to head pain had pressure checked during this once and pressures were my average.

A retina photo showed many red dots, these were prev burst blood capillaries that had healed not a problem I was told may have occured in bad clusters.

Interesting about the capillaries and that cluster could cause this.
