Welcome pack and wristband...

Hi

I joined in early April and now that I have been diagnosed as a CH sufferer and use oxygen, I was wondering if you could include a wristband.  I am dependant on rail and coach to travel any great distance so belive it would be very useful to have one.

Thankyou

I find the black ouch card very useful to show people when needed, it is very well worded and designed, in my view better than any wrist band. Did you get one? I keep my held with an elastic band around my Imigran injection pack so it is always at hand.

[out of curosity who designed it? was it an ouch member?]

OOPS!  Yes, it was the black card I meant.  I believe I may have read about wristbands on one of the US sites prior to my finding OUCH.  Sorry about that.

I am yet to recieve anything from OUCH.  I have a paper by them which my Neurologist, Dr Silver supplied me with but no welcome pack.

Maybe it got lost in the post....

Thanks for the reply.

David, cant remember who wrote it. It would have been either Les or Val or Karen.

Kelt,

I have checked our database and you are on there as a member and should have had a welcome pack. Do you want us to send you one?

Sorry I've not got back to you until now Mike, my meds are still up side down and I'm doing this posting in the middle of long migraine brought about by detox from addiction to zolmitriptan. (partner crushing and disposing of remainder as we speak).  Unfortunately, I still have to cope with my chronic clusters, 2-3 daily, too!  (I know your most likely to have been in the same position yourself at sometime, please forgive my ranting.)

I have to visit my Gp today for ECG and verapamil increase, I thought I would put the detox off until after but have bitten the bullet and 'sod him' it's about time he saw how bad it gets!

Oh well happier times to come hopefully.

Yes I would very much appreciate a welcome pack and a black card too, if of course that is possible.

Jeannie

My turn to say sorry Jeannie. Sorry for the delay getting back to you.

I will ask someone to send you a pack,

regards
