Diagnosed at just 11, Frederick speaks openly about living with one of the most painful conditions known to medicine and the impact it can have on everyday life.

Frederick’s episode airs tomorrow, where they speak with Dr Katy Munro alongside their mum, Rachael, OUCH UK’s (Organisation for the Understanding of Cluster Headaches UK) Officer for Children and Young People, about growing up with the condition, navigating school and finding the right support.

Frederick is also supporting OUCH UK with a bake sale in school this Friday - please bring along a sweet treat or come and buy one, with all proceeds going to the charity!
