neck problems

Hi , I am having problems getting my neck comfortable during and after an attack which is making my nights sleep near impossible resulting in me feeling washed out all day . I am currently 2 month into a cluster cycle. I use sumatriptan injections to control the pain and oxygen. I get two attacks a day one at 3 in the morning and one at 7 at night, although this has now changed to 3 attacks!! One at 7 evening one at 12 midnight then one at 4 early morning. is it ok for me to inject that close together? Is there any special pillows to support my neck (I sleep on my side) ??

and is my cycle nearly over ? It's a living hell at he moment.
has anyone tried melatonin?
many thanks ----

Have you got oxygen?  You can only have 2 injections a day so the oxygen can abort any further attacks.  As for a pillow to recommend, I'm afraid this is personal choice on what works best for you, we cannot recommend anything here.
