NATALIE DOBSON'S 500 MILES FOR OUCH
Natalie Dobson has started the new year off in style by challenging herself to run, hike or cycle 500 miles in 2017 to raise funds for OUCH. She will be raising as much awareness about CH as she can in support of her husband Gareth who is a cluster headache sufferer. Thank you Natalie and the Dobson family who have already been helping to log in the miles.

Natalie's children weren't going to be left out of the challenge. This from Natalie today:
"Super Proud - our children have decided to help me with my 500 miles for Ouch UK challenge by running, walking or cycling 200 miles for Ouch UK too. Their dad is a CH sufferer and they wanted in.
Already they have completed 17.5 miles! 2.5 mile run today straight after school!"

The Dobson family are going all out to help raise funds for OUCH. The Dobson family are doing great! Here's Natalie's latest update:
"The month of February has begun, more goals to be achieved! Not forgetting January - we as a group (me and the eldest kids) managed to walk and run 150.68 miles for our charity Ouch UK throughout January!

Our 1st months goal saw us achieve:
Natalie 76.94 miles, Leon 35.37 miles and Rhianna 38.37 miles

More Dobson family activity! This from Natalie:
So two big weekends are quickly approaching! You are all aware that my husband is a cluster headache sufferer and things haven't been easy for us as a family since his diagnosis in 2013. Not one to dwell on the negatives in life, we as a family chose to help fellow sufferers by supporting the charity Ouch (UK) by completing a series of challenges throughout 2017.
As well as logging the miles with the kids weekly. This Saturday I shall be completing a muddy bike trail challenge over Cannock Chase. Then next Saturday me and a great group of friends will be taking part in the Pretty Muddy 5K race for life over at Weston Park. A great laugh and lots of fun. The biggest challenge though to date apart from my boxing will be on Sunday 7th May when I attempt to complete my first official 10K (The Market Drayton 10K) 6 miles and a rather tiring hill.
