feel better after a rant

I was suffering a background headache, then the local MP came round knocking on the doors could not resist giving him both barrels in a mega rant.

Felt so much better background headche gone. Must been the surge of adrenaline.

Its the best way I could think to describe it.

Theres a certain amount of dark humour that goes with this condition.

Hello, its actually a lovely little rat! I LOVE rats. Unfortunately, its not one of mine though- there are considerable challenges to rat photography and 9 times out of ten , I end up with a shot of a great big nose in the lens, or a big furry backside rushing out of shot! Judging by the position of the paws, she does look like she is about to start grooming. Rats are very clean. :)

I have no idea who Katie Hopkins is so I googled her and am none the wiser. She obviously does not feature on Worthy and Educational channels like BBC4. Haha!

Yes rat's and mice groom like cat's and are just as clean quite cute watching mice grooming with their tiny paws licking and then wiping their lil faces similar to how cat's groom used to love watching my big furball tiger washing her ginger face Smile

I quit the nicotine last Christmas and have never felt so ill for the first month .:Sp

I cant say that its actually made any improvement  to the headaches, but I'm glad that I did it because now I'm on the miserly ESA, I couldnt afford to spend £30 of it on fags! (it all goes on medication instead, gah!).

Plus I dont look so grey and wrinkly now )

Keep up the good work.

Quit cigarettes about 3 or 4 year's ago now the thing that's been making me feel groggy and likely raising my bp is electronic cigarette/vaping up until about a week ago i had been using vaping juice with high nicotine strength stopped for 2 or 3 day's and all that groggy feeling has gone using 0mg and now and then  11mg if i feel like i want a nicotine hit guess i never quit cigarettes in the conventional way and wish to replocate smoking without the nicotine
