you have surely been a very busy man these few days, posts and sound answers,  that is what is so good about ouch always someone there to answer and help especially new members who are all in need off help they are not getting and struggling , we have all been there !!good  caring people at the end off the phone, or to the ready to answer your post.

A great team of people, Val ( nothing any bother) Mike and all the trustees, helpline and all who help keeping ouch going for all our well being, thank you all.

Not to forget the members , all the posts with question and answers that is what helps us all, we learn something new with every post, I have been VERRY grateful over the years to have had help from them so keep them coming,!! We can all relate to what you are going through when sufferering , that's what helps us all the knowledge but also the caring kind words also expressed , that means a lot,,

It's great to see you on the forum. Thank you for your kind words. As you used to say several years ago, we are all one big family and we have to look out for each other.

I wanted to make a comment about Sean putting his back out from all that bending over backwards to help people.
As you say; a very dedicated and helpful team, but don't forget tolerant.
Many of my posts have a certain ...quality, but are always taken well.

It's so nice to have so many members from differing backgrounds getting along with each other.

Or have I missed the gossip? ;)

SEAN, I do miss the fun games, the humour and chit chat it was like fun time with the family, I had one favourite where lots joined in but sadly it came to a quick end!!!so we will quickly move on, so perhaps someone will think off another,
