seen this on many other forums and thought it a good idea.
when you post a new thread or add a comment to one, having a notification box where you can opt into to get an auto email sent to you when ever any replies are made to the post, similar to what we get in reply in private mail notifications.
the benefit if you post a question you are keen to get a reply on. It would save having to keep revisiting the forum for updates and just wait for the email.
any one else with any views

last six weeks had a bad time [chronic has gone to manic], also trouble with anything that needs any degree of thinking which at times find it hard. Posted this one during of my better breaks, but not as on the ball as i thought.
