As someone who has suffered with cluster headaches since 2017, Ouch UK is a charity I hold very close to my heart. They've been there for me during some of my lowest points and offered me support and guidance when I felt like no other health professionals understood the severity of what I was dealing with. They've given me confidence to advocate for myself and completing The Highland Swing in aid of Ouch UK is a small gesture of thanks to them. Raising money for Ouch UK means that they continue to make a difference to other sufferers lives by providing insight, support, guidance and an understanding ear to listen.

What is The Highland Swing?
The Highland Swing is a bungee swing. I will be rigged to the platform on the underside of a bridge with a full body harness 40m above River Gary near Killiecrankie in Scotland. There is a 15m free fall before the rope takes the slack and will swing me over the river before being winched back up to the main platform again.
