I'm running the London Marathon / Great North Run / Great South Run 2025
My campaign is to raise funds and awareness for OUCH (UK) who support cluster headache sufferers.
Cluster headaches are excruciating attacks of pain in one side of the head, often felt around the eye.
Cluster headaches are rare. They begin quickly and without warning. The pain is very severe and is often described as a sharp, burning or piercing sensation on one side of the head. Sadly, some sufferers have resorted to taking their own lives because the pain is so intense they would rather die than suffer another attack.
