I rang my o2 supplier for more o2 tanks and asked for a non rebreather mask as my last ones both had a cover missing.
The delivery man rang today they no longer do the full non rebreather masks, so I have asked for two so i can take the cover of one to put on the other to make a full non breather mask.
Anyone else had this messing around?

Hi Duetto
I have the same problem. The only way I get the full face non rebreathers is when I visit the Wirral. My consultant is in Liverpool and I have family whom I stay with at appointment time in Birkenhead. The O2 company is Air Liquide Home Care whose head office is only 3 miles from me. My own company is BOC??? They are based in in Manchester and do not provide non rebreathers,,,,,,Isn't privatisation of the NHS wonderful!!!!!!!!
Just a thought.....Where do you live Duetto? If it's the North West then maybe it's Air Liquide who are no longer providing these vital masks. I was looking forward to renewing my tatty things.....Please tell me I not lost my supply......

Permalinkwhen i had air liquide all ok
when i had air liquide all ok a very good service, moved and now with dolby, seems a shame to waste a mask to get another to work a saving of a fraction of a penny results in the loss of a mask each replacement.
hoping when ever the new o2 contracts come out the NHS also look at service as well as cost.
anyne know how many years they get a contract for?
