Hi
Headaches are back, well, shadows at the moment but I know they are there.
I've already sorted my Sumatriptan prescription and I'm currently trying to ge tthe Oxygen sorted. The Oxygen company and Dr are saying 4-6 wait. That isn't good.
My doctor has referred me to the Nerologist but there is apparently a 1 year wait. I wanted to enquiry about using the Gammacore as an old friend of mine has used it very successfully. I obvs can't wait a year so I'm looking to buy it privaetly. I'ts not cheap ( 3 months almost £400) but if it keeps the Headaches away it's money well spent.
Has anybody else had experience of doing it this way, was it successful, Money well spent.
Thanks for any replies. Feeling abit low as I always do at the stage.

I'm mainly using the device to keep the headaches at bay.
I've been using it for almost 3 weeks and I must say that it's going a good job so far (touch wood!) It's more or less kept them away and the couple that have broken through ( a good week or so ago) I've been able to about with RedBull.
I had a consultation with an adviser from Gamma Core which helped me with the routine, 3x 2 min sessions morning and night. I've just about got used the weird sensation of using the device, I tend to use it on a setting of somewhere between 20 and 30.
I'm hopeing to carry on with it over the next couple of months in the hope that the cycle will be over by then. I believe t the headaches are still happening but the pain signals to the brain are being broken by the Gammacore?
I'm so happy not to be injecting myself or carting oxygen around.
Fingers crosed this will last.

Thanks for your reply. Firstly, really happy to hear Gammacore appears to be doing the trick for you.
I also appear to be responding well, although i do always keep in mind that the very nature of ECH means its hard to tell whether treatments have actually worked, or whether it is just the cluster coming to an end.
My current cluster started on 16 June. I have had a few days off here and there but immediately prior to commencing Gammacore last Wednesday they appeared to be ramping up in frequency and intensity.
Please update on your experience from time to time. I will do likewise.

The Gamma Core has been working really well for around 2-3 months but this pass week the headaches have been breaking through again. I'm really not sure why this is happening? I'm still using the Device as prescribed, though I am using a different gel for my neck, it seems to be working just as well? Maybe I'm just going through the most intense period of my cycle and the GC isn't strong enough for those Headaches?
I'm still using the GC but I'm now back on the Injectors and Oxygen (thank goodness) which has finially come through after a 6-7 week wait.
Feel alittle defated, it's a-bit of a bugger!
